David Cook is the General Manager at Spectrum Scientific, Inc. Prior to founding the company in 2004, he was an engineering manager responsible for diffractive and aspheric optics manufacturing at the West Coast Optics Division of PerkinElmer. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Optical Engineering in 1994 and has also worked at Physical Optics Corporation and Northrop Electronic Systems Division.
